Saturday, December 12th from 10am until 2 pm.
Address: 415 Henry Street, Hamilton, OH 45011

Wear Class B uniforms
Immediately following: Head to Butch Fosters house (corner of Hamilton New London and Layhigh, light blue cottage house)
We will be there no matter the weather. Dress according to the weather...it will be cold!! Determination of overnight camping will be made at that time. We will be cooking and working on other activities. IF there is an overnight portion, pickup will be at Venice Presbyterian at 9:23 am.

Brief Summary of the April 7, 2009 Committee Meeting
Troop News:
- William Toney was elected as the new Scout Master by unanimous vote, beginning August 1, 2009
- Dan Young was informed and approved William Toney
Summer Camp Updates:
- Merit Badge submissions have all been accepted
- Woodlands will be paid by 4/21 for early bird fee
- La Noche Eh - balance paid by 2 weeks prior to camp
April Camporee Update:
- 2 boys will be tapped out for OA
- Departure Friday night from Church, return Sunday to Church
Fernald Park:
Card to be sent for "thank you"
Committee Roster:
- Some openings - look for roster to be posted later
Clothing Drive coordinated in May
Meeting adjourned @ 8pm

Several members of the troop recently returned from a trip to Sloan's Valley Cave System. We spent about 4 1/2 hours walking deeper into the cave before turning around to come out! Attached are some pictures from this incredible cave system.
